This seems to be a very popular dress because Kerry Washington was just seen at the 2014 Tribeca Festival wearing the same exact dress! Its lovely, don’t get me wrong but I wonder do the designer take notes of who they let wear the same sample? I’m being messy but either way, Rita looked very nice in this textured square-patterned appliqués design. Its giving me 60’s mod style but yet modern!
