It was very nice to see former Destiny’s Child member Letoya Luckett hit the blue carpet at the 8th Annual Black Music Honors that took place at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center on May 19th! Luckett was back at the event as a co-host. What was even more surprising was to see her reunite with fellow “Say My Name” singer LaTavia Roberson! These two have always had a fabulous friendship and they hugged it out on the carpet and the crowd went wild!
The Grammy Award Winner looked smashing as she showed up styled to the gawds wearing a full skirted gown in a lovely pastel shade! I asked her the designer of her magnificent dress and she told me to ask her longtime celebrity stylist and friend J. Bolin because she couldn’t remember the name. She did tell me that it was her very first time ever wearing a ball gown!
I later spotted J. Bolin on the carpet because he had several clients he was working with that evening and he said “Tami, girl its a lot” but I got you! I found out later and it’s listed below and you can get this gown from a boutique in Dallas, Tx. LeToya looked lovely like a Belle of the Ball, so pretty!
