Singer Katy Perry will make a guest star appearance on CAROL BURNETT: 90 YEARS OF LAUGHTER + LOVE that will air on NBC. During the taping of the show, Katy was spotted wearing an iconic fashion designers breathtaking couture beaded velvet and fox fur hooded hourglass gown that was originally made for a San Francisco Opera “Lulu” in 1989! Currently, it is valued at about $6,600 and is in impeccable condition!
I’m sure Katy was honored to wear this iconic throwback masterpiece that we all know took plenty of hours to make! This showstopper is embellished with sparkling crystals and eye-catching striped beadwork and luxurious black velvet. This dress was not mass produced and was custom couture.
