Actress Charmaine Bingwa attended Apple Original Films world premiere of Emancipation at the Regency Village Theatre. Emancipation premieres in theaters today and globally on Apple TV+ on December 9, 2022.
Emancipation is based on the true story of an enslaved man who risks his life for his family and freedom. Zimbabwean-Australian actress Charmaine plays Dodienne in the film. At the premiere she gushed about her co-star and said how nice it was working with Will Smith and that he was very generous.
