Lil Terrell,Tish, Me
I was so glad when I got the email from my girlfriend telling me that she was inviting my family over for Thanksgiving. You should have seen me doing the cabbage patch because if you know me, I hate preparing thanksgiving food! I really despise of it for some reason. I need to check into that because I really get depressed and go into panic attack about the whole ordeal lol.
I quickly rsvp’d and told her my family would bring the paper goods and sweets. My whole family lives up north and we rarely go home. I’m not a fan of cold weather either and prefer to be in warmer weather than frigid temperatures lol. So we were all very excited to go over to Tish house because she has kids as well and they all get along.
MaMa NeNe and Denim
I met Tish’s mom for the very first time, she told me to call her Mama NeNe. Tish had warned me that her mom owned a restaurant in Delaware and that she could cook! When we arrived, I saw a spread so laid out my head was spinning. I almost didn’t want to touch anything because everything looked so pretty. Everyone arrived around the same time, shortly afterwards we said prayer and it was time to eat! The food was awesome and I would be typing forever if I told you guys all that we had.
Delino ready to chow down lol
I met alot of Tish’s cousins and her girlfriends from college. They all were athletes and most things they were talking about, went over my head, since I don’t like sports lol. I was trying to keep up though while twittering away lol. They sounded like they had fun times at Tennessee State. My fashionista buddy, Monica Polo stopped by too with her beautiful daughter Corinne.

I want to thank Tish for the fun feast and to your mom, Mama NeNe for making a wonderful spread! I loved the chicken n dumplings, sweet potato souffle, and the corn bread, yummy!
I want to also say that I am very thankful for my health, crazy kids,my loving and supportive husband and good friends.
