Who doesn’t love donuts right? I recently stopped into Simply Done Donuts for their grand opening which is located right up the road from me in downtown Duluth, Ga. As soon as I walked in, it was PACKED! I guess everyone had the same idea and wanted to try these scrumptious mini donuts! They make them fresh to order, so you wait a few minutes for all the goodness. They call your name when they are ready and come out warm and delicious…OMG!
The mini donuts come in a variety of flavors to try too. I thought these bite-sized minis were really tasty and I enjoyed snacking on them on my way home. They are small enough to just pop into your mouth. You can order just two or a dozen, it’s totally up to you but I would have gotten more but I know me lol! I LOVE donuts! I love donuts so much in fact that it was the first word I ever spoke as a child. Seriously! That should tell you how much pride and hard work I put into making a damn good donut.
We make our cake-style mini donuts using high quality dough and pile them up with your choice of fun toppings like Butterfinger, Oreo, fruits, cereals, and loads more. To further sweeten the deal, we offer the option to add a scoop of local vanilla ice cream on top of your minis to create your own donut sundae!
It was April 2015 when we launched our donut wagon offering all these sweet items. We roamed the streets of ATL at all the major festivals and food truck nights to get our feet wet and test the waters. Thanks to you, 2 years later, we are opening our first brick and mortar- the only mini donut shop in ATL.
The fun won’t stop there. Our sweet shop will offer Donut Milkshakes (yes! we actually blend our donuts into vanilla ice cream), gourmet coffee drinks, and floats. DONUT WORRY! There is something for everyone! ~Simple Done Donuts
