Actress and Singer Sheryl Lee Ralph recently won Best Supporting Actress in a comedy series for her role on Abbott Elementary during the 2023 Critics Choice Awards! Now you will get to see this 66-year-old beauty during an upcoming comedy special called, Carol Burnett: 90 Years Of Laughter + Love.
Ralph made her screen debut in the 70’s in a film called, Piece of the Action before landing the role of Deena Jones in the Broadway musical Dreamgirls, where she was nominated for a Tony Award. She has been seen in numerous films since then and now is on a hit tv show that everyone loves! She will appear as a guest on the comedy special giving homage to comedian Carol Burnett and I can’t wait to see her!
During the taping, she wore this gorgeous gold shimmery gown that was floor-length and accentuated every curve and she looked marvelous, I must say! The special is set to air on April 26 at 8 p.m. on NBC. It will also be available to stream the next day on Peacock. More photos inside…
