Redmont Home
A couple of years ago, my hubby and I started going out viewing model homes to see how they were layed out and decorated.I was into the decor and hubby was into the foundation, the framing, the garage size, storage and basement lol. Did you read I was just into how it was decorated lol. This was our weekly get a way. We’ve been in Atlanta for 4 1/2 years now and these sub divisions are popping up all around us now. We always go on a new field trip to see the latest homes. We get a kick out of it and this is what we consider a hot date, lol.
Inside Redmont Home
Most of the agents on duty are usually friendly and let us nosey around and see what they built. Well, we were out looking at this new community in Suwanee, Ga called Redmont Homes. I had never heard of the builder but we loved the all brick homes in the neighborhood. The homes were simply breath taking and my family hopes by next year to be able to buy another lovely home. With the economy the way it is and home foreclosures sky rocketing, we decided to sit still till things pan out.

I love the Lawrenceville, Suwanee area, thats where we are now. I love the community and how it’s away from the inner city but not that far to get to. This Redmont home sub division is really cool and we got to take a peak inside. I loved the decor and found out that Ericka Riden and Pam Slappey did the interior design, they did a fab job! Jolee Stebbins was the realtor on duty, and we also met the builder Carl Riden who has been a builder since 1977,wow! He has won various awards over the years. If you’re in the market for a new home and live in the Ga area, give Redmont Homes a try, we loved their houses! This particular home that we were in was a 5 bedroom, 3,591 sq ft with 4.5 baths. Priced at $369,000.
