Red Carpet Rundown: BET Hip Hop Awards 2023

Here in ATL, the Annual BET Hip Hop Awards took place last night! On the green carpet were Rap’s biggest stars that showed up and showed out in their red carpet looks! I didn’t apply to attend this years award ceremony because to be honest, what would I really be doing there since I’m over 50-year-olds lol! There were some rappers about my age that attended but I digress lol! I swear I didn’t hardly no anyone on the carpet but a few and that’s only because my daughter listens to some of these artists. I’m glad that most of the ladies were at least dressed a bit better than other carpets I’ve seen them on….applause, our youth today!

Rap divas Cardi B (that resides here in ATL) and Young Miami who was just here for Revolve summit were not in attendance.

The award ceremony took place at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center and it’s also the year of celebrating the Hip Hop genre that has been around for 50 years! Wow, time flies! Some of the outfits were cute and youthful can’t take that away from these rappers with their own unique styles! Some still are in need of a stylist really bad but one rapper by the name of Flo Milli, looked adorable! But okay, let’s dive into some of these “lewks” inside, y’all stay safe out there lol!
