The 94th Annual Academy Awards took place this evening and boy was it long but the red carpet was nice! I didn’t really have a favorite look but I thought that Comedian Tiffany Haddish looked very nice and also Zendaya, her look was very sexy, youthful and edgy! Congrats to Coda for winning “Best Picture” at the Oscars! I didn’t see the film but I heard it was very good!
I do feel as though it was a bit lackluster on the carpet with the fashions this year but to be honest all the award shows didn’t bring the heat this year, not sure if it was because of the pandemic, they couldn’t get certain fabrics shipped, I’m not sure or production staff shortages maybe? You definitely could feel it! The trend for Spring is “cotton candy” pastel shades and we saw a lot of that on the carpet. For men it was all about diamond broochs for their lapels.
