On Friday December 11th, I was invited out by Media Girls Network to be recognized and a panelist. It’s a multi-city tour focused on empowering women in journalism careers, media and press through an insightful panel and networking mixer with key leaders within specific cities in the media industry. It was hosted by journalist Jelisa Cook and Trish. The panelist included Me, Christina Granville(V 103 Radio Personality) Nessa Sherysse (Plus Size Influencer), Antoinne Jones(Photographer), Markkel Mungin(Radio Personality), Ebony Austin(Restauranteur).
I had a blast meeting everyone and learning from other media mavens and got to socialize and share a few gems about working in the media and all it entails. It was a great experience and I wanted to share a few snaps from the event! Thanks to Jelisa for the personal invite and you guys stay safe out there! I totally miss being on red carpets and interviewing people, its such a passion of mine, praying that things get back to normal soon!
