I saw a funny meme the other day that read…“Welcome To Atlanta, Winter is at 6am, Spring starts at 10am, Summer is at 2pm And Fall starts around 4:30ish, Dress Accordingly” lol! That is about right too because I got a phone call from my daughter inviting me out to lunch and I stepped outside and doubled back inside to grab a jacket because it was chilly willy lol.
Then as the day progressed, it got a bit warmer. The temperature only got up to about 73 degrees and some might think that is cool but it was actually hot when you add the humidity here, go figure! So after living here for 16 years, I have learned to dress in layers and adjust.
Wearing layered pieces that I can take off during the duration of the day is easier for me because you just never know here lol. I saw this cute jacket a few months back and had to have it. I really like Burberry and their jackets are extremely structured, sturdy, versatile, stylish and warm. You can dress them up or down and this is my third one.
