Meagan Good covers this weeks issue of Rolling Out. She looks pretty sultry here which seems to cause so much controversy since we all know that she is married to a pastor. I’m going to leave my two-cents out of it but will say that her man knew what he was getting into and what kind of work she was in when he married her. People kill me with their opinions and judging this young lady. If they are happy in their marriage, why are others so upset about it? She is in the entertainment business and she has to be able to sale, sad to say but it’s the truth. I’m ranting and it’s only 10 a.m. giggles. “If Angelina Jolie goes topless, everyone goes ‘Wow, she’s so badass, so committed to her craft,’ ” Good says. “But if Halle Berry goes topless, everyone’s like ‘She’s a slut. She probably took a bunch of money to do that.’ People attack her with unsavory names. And it’s unfortunate. Halle is one my favorite actresses — I’ve looked up to her since I began this journey. There’s definitely a double standard but I can’t put my finger on exactly why that is. If someone is telling a story, they should go to whatever extent that they’re comfortable with to tell the story.
