Lil Terrell, “Pootey”
My son lil Terrell is a hot mess! This lil guy can be so careless when it comes to keeping up with his things lol. I found out a few years ago that my baby needed glasses. When I took him in to get a checkup the doctor said, whoa this lil fella might need to see an optometrist”. I looked so concerned and said, why?
Picking out new frames, again!
The Doctor informed me that my lil bookie boo couldn’t see a lick! Now mind yah, no one in my immediate family wears glasses. It had never occurred to me to have his eyes checked more frequently. Now on my hubby’s side, everyone wears glasses lol. I just never thought to have my kids eyes extensively check when they were young lol.
I immediately set up an appointment and the eye doctor told me my son was blind as a bat lol! Wow, I had no clue. I felt so bad yelling at him about his grades in school,when come to find out he needed glasses. This was a few years ago, but I’m so glad we found out and corrected it.
Let’s fast forward to today,I have replaced 3 sets of glasses and counting! I had to buy an extended warranty on his frames because this dude is rough! Just yesterday, I had to take him back to get his glasses fixed because he stepped on them argh! 1 month ago, he cracked the darn frame and a month before that, he popped out the lens and lost it! Is this a boy thing? lol.
I hope lil Terrell grows out of his careless ways because Pink Suga is tired! I fixed him though by making him wear his first pair of glasses that were way too small. While the other ones were getting fixed he had to wear those, he was not happy. I said, “well hopefully you will learn a lesson, that you take care of your things”. He just looked at me and smiled.
