I was excited to get an invite to Kandi’s 1 year celebration of her boutique TAGS! The women and men store is located in Smyrna,Ga. When my friend and I pulled into the shopping plaza it was very nice. I was invited to the grand opening last year but couldn’t attend, so I was very eager to see her store.
The valet guys were working hard trying to get to all the guests that were arriving. A lot of people were masked because that was the theme was a masquerade party plus it’s Halloween weekend. Over to my right was the bar area where they were serving Ludacris’s Conjure Conjac and other drinks. The dj was set up in the far back corner and waiters and waitresses came out every few minutes serving sliders and pasta and beef bites.
I looked around the store to see what she sold and loved so many outfits. I cringed when I turned over a price tag because I know when I usually go into boutiques they can be very pricey. To my surprise everything was very reasonable you guys! A shirt ranged from $40-$55 dollars and jackets were about $55-$65 and dresses were around $55. I dont think he clothing prices are bad at all.
I was wondering why there was a stripper pole in the middle of the room. That was a very unique thing to have in a clothing store lol. Later a very fit lady came out in an evening dress and started to dance on it, she was very good. Two other dancers were positioned in both front windows dressed in black with masks on.

Meanwhile, rapper Diamond pulled up in her yellow camaro and took pics.Kandi arrived a bit later and looked cute in her all black outfit with her glittery gold mask. I presented her with pink champagne from Barefoot Wine and told her congrats! We hugged, then she mingled with other guests.It was a nice party and shout out to Drew Sanders from TreMedia for the personal invite.xoxo
