Star Jones on what goes on when she gets together with the ladies of “The View:”
“I have to tell you everyone wants to be a fly on the wall when we get back together. Because it’s really as if we have never left the table. We are gossiping with each other. We are trash talking everybody else around us. We talk about Hot Topics … we still argue and disagree. She went on, “the thing that makes it so funny is we have this ability to disagree without being disagreeable. We’ve never been disagreeable with each other on-air.”
Star Jones and Sherri on why they miss Barbra:

Star Jones went on, “the thing that makes it so funny is we have this ability to disagree without being disagreeable. We’ve never been disagreeable with each other on-air. And we miss Barbra. We really miss Barbra because she could talk trash with the best of them … there’s ups and down on The View. We can talk about each other. Nobody else can. That’s how we do.”
Sherri responded, “And that’s what Barbra … never let anyone talk about us. She came and she defended us to the death. And that’s what I loved about her.”
Star Jones agreed and said, “She (Barbra Walters) really brought diversity and put it on the front burner that said no matter what skin color you were. What size you were. Your opinion mattered. And she really made that important back in 1997 when I started.”
