I was watching last nights episode of Dancing With The Stars when I saw Reality Star & Beauty Queen, Kenya Moore appear with a familiar looking face! Sure enough it was my friend and dance pro Brian Armstrong! He’s Kenya’s professional dance partner on the show this season. I met him in 2019 in Los Angeles, California when I was there for a press trip with Disney for the The Nutcracker and the Four Realms.
While there, we took a dance class to learn the waltz and Brian was my dance instructor, how cool right? He was so much fun and he definitely knows his stuff click here to see my dance experience with him and a fun video clip.
Brandon told me that he started dancing at the age of 14 and he’s trained in jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop, so hopefully he can use his skills to take Kenya to the next level but with his bubbly personality and amazing dance moves, I’m sure they will do well in the competition!
Season 30 premiered last night for a star-studded evening with 15 celebrities ready to get their “boogy on” in the ballroom. Kenya and Brandon danced the Foxtrot to “Kiss Me Me” by Doja Cat ft SZA. I loved her dress and I think she did pretty darn good! NBA Baller Iman Shumpert was my favorite. He did great to me and I’m so confused why he got a low score of only 4 out of 10…smh! He danced the Jive to “Hey Ya” by Outcast. There were no eliminations but there will be a special premiere viewer vote.
DWTS airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC. More pics inside and video clip…
