Great Time And Great Spirits At Seafood Social In Decatur, Ga

I was too excited to check out a new restaurant in Decatur, Ga called, Seafood Social on Sunday afternoon! I was invited out to try this new establishment just opening their doors just a month ago! I dragged my girlfriend Ramona to come out with me to try it out and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Once we arrived, I got a chance to meet the Executive Chef Darryl Harmon and Co Owner Fred.

Very nice guys and they made us feel right at home! We loved the atmosphere, staff and hospitality! We looked over the menu but I asked Fred what he thought we should try. He said so many things were good on the menu he couldn’t just pick one thing. So he decided to bring us out a options from the menu. I had heard that this was the place to be for great seafood since the Chef is flown in weekly to tweak the recipes and provide so many mouth watering options!

There are a ton of restaurants in the Atlanta area and we know that the dining experience can be a bit frustrating at times but I’m always wiling to share my experiences with you guys and tell you about the hottest spots! Seafood Social is one of them and co-owner Fred told me that he wanted to bring the Buckhead community to the East! The restaurant is a subtle spot where you can watch the game, have some really good seafood and drinks! I did mention drinks right? Boy do they have some good ones! We tried a drink called, The Grinch and a colorful blue tropical drink that was on point!

The seafood restaurant offers a delightful variety, with standout dishes like succulent crab legs and flavorful lamb chops, steaks, chicken & waffles just to name a few!
