Gimme Some Suga Bakery Bar Grand Opening

I love the name of this new bakery that opened in Town Center in Suwanee,Ga…”Gimme Some Suga Bakery Bar“. When I got the press release on this new place, I just smiled because I say that to my kids all the time lol!

Chauncey Davis & Tamika Tanner

I had the pleasure of going out to the ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday and it was Pinkalicious! I love me a good cupcake and this place had lots to choose from! The owner’s name is Tamika Tanner and she goes by Tami. We became fast friends as she told me, “I loved the name because I always ask my son for some suga, I thought it was a cute name!”

They have an array of cupcakes an cheesecakes to choose from and I got to sample the strawberry cupcake and the red velvet, let’s just say that she is going to give a lot of cupcake places a run for their money. Chauncey Davis is an Atlanta Falcon player and her boo, he was in the house as well as their son CJ.

The place is decorated with pink and brown accents and smells delightful when you enter. Lots of supporters stopped by to show their love and this place is down the street from where I live, so I will be stopping in time to time, dear Lord clinching pearls!

Tamika says they will be having decorating classes, private parties and new locations popping up, so stay tuned for that!
