The Chanel’s 2014-15 Fall/Winter Haute Couture Show took place yesterday at the Grand Palais in Paris and it was amazing! Fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld says he drew inspiration from the famous set from the fireplace on the terrace from pioneering architect Le Corbusier. The models rocked spiky punk hairdos and minimal makeup with a hint of gold on their winged eyeliner.
“It’s like modern sculpture, in modern materials, but with baroque elements,” Lagerfeld said backstage after his show held at the Grand Palais in Paris. “This is the story of Le Corbusier going to Versailles.” Check out what they used to prepare for the couture runway show and what products they used to achieve the look!
