Frank Ski's 7th Annual Wine Tasting

There was word on the street that radio personality Frank Ski was giving his annual wine tasting party. Word quickly spread via email,facebook,texts and twitter. You just had to be in the building to rub elbows with the most influential people, socialites, political figures and celebs in Atlanta! Did you get your invite, was the question of the day. I surely got mine and was there front and center!

As I drove down a quiet residential area of Atlanta, I turned the corner and mayhem was taking place as party goers tried to make their way through the two lane road full of cars. When Frank Ski throws a party, he usually brings out the biggest crowds. His 7th annual wine tasting was for a great cause too! It was to benefit his non profit organization, Frank Ski Kids.

In the rented mansion for the party, there was Greygoose pouring,towers of Cami Cakes, catered food from Carrabba’s restaurant,artists,live entertainment and a silent auction taking place. Did I mention that there was also a horse on the premises? Yes there was a show horse for auction starting at $9,000.

In the party I spotted Mayor Kasim Reed, former Mayor Bill Campbell, Tv personality Free, Comedian Chris Tucker, Ne-Yo and his fiance Monyetta, Devyne Stephens and more. I sat at a table with Free and asked her what she was up to. She said she is trying to get back out there and that she has been producing a couple of tv shows.

Frank Ski’s wife Tanya was the best dressed in the building to me. She wore a black half shouldered dress with YSL slip ins. She said, Tami get the shoes, I know you’re a shoe girl. She always looks so pretty at their events.

Ne-Yo’s fiance wore all black and told me that everything she was wearing was from her boutique that just opened. She told me that the grand opening will be soon. She was suppose to have it earlier but their baby girl came first. What a surprise!

The party was great but I wasn’t feeling like my usual party girl self, so I made my exit quickly because It was getting extremely crowded and my head was spinning. I know that their foundation made lots of money for the kids with all those people there lol.
