One of the greatest parties I went to in a long time was right in NYC at fashion week! It was for fashion designer Doro Olowu! He had a preview party for his line that will be available at JcPenney coming in March! I’m so excited about the collection and I wrote about it a few weeks back and the pr team contacted me and invited me out! It was held at Stone Rose Lounge in Manhattan and the party was jumping! I loved all the bright colors and mixtures of patterns throughout the venue to display Duro’s work! Many people stopped by the event and got a chance to nosh on bites, sip on signature cocktails and dance the night away.
As guest left the party, we were gifted with a fabulous umbrella & notepads from the collection. The next day we headed back to check out a private preview and we were gifted two pieces of our choice! I chose two print jackets. We also were pampered by getting manis with the theme colors from the collection. Check out the pics I snapped. I loved the party and all of the different styles of the line!
