I wanted to add a pick me up, feel good post since it’s Friday. Most of you guys head out to restaurants to fellowship with friends and family on the weekend but with this Corona Virus going around, it has been very hard and challenging to do anything. Last year, I ventured off to Disneyworld on a press trip for The 24th Annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and we got a chance to check out a new rooftop lounge called, Dahlia Lounge inspired by Spanish surrealism.
It was extremely posh and I definitely recommend this place for the grown and sexy who like Disneyworld but have no children or if you have a babysitter and want a little quality time with your significant other while on vacation. It’s located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Resort Area/Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
We got to sip on signature cocktails and try their menu of different cheese boards, figs, jams, olives and so much more. Then later we dined at the restaurant adjacent to the lounge and everything was really delicious. Check out a few snaps inside and whenever we get out of this mess, if you plan on taking your family to Disneyworld, check out this place, it’s an amazing experience for sure and it’s something new to experience.
We were greeted with these yummy cocktails!
Surreal Romance
Sip cocktails with a special someone, admiring whimsical shapes and colors atop Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This lounge’s mesmerizing décor features surrealist flights of fancy.
Pore over details such as dandelion chandeliers and metal bell accents. Ceiling coffers contain swirling patterns reminiscent of flowing hair. Architecturally, Spanish modernism prevails, mirroring the general look of the Resort.
Explore the full bar—with its top-notch mixologists—for a delicious libation to complement your surroundings. The wine selection includes an impressive array of high-end Spanish cavas.
In the evening, Guests will find this rooftop gem the perfect place to linger and mingle.
