Day 5 with my workout!

So yesterday Lisa and I hit the gym hard. Lisa was running me  around that gym like nobodies business lol. Then I noticed a man with an artificial leg. I shut my mouth real quick because if this man can go to the gym and he is disabled, then I know I can have my booty here with all my limbs! Lets say reality check and suck it up!

Lifting weights, I want nice arms!

Yesterday I did the stair master for 20 minutes! Woot! I cant do the stairmaster for 20 minutes first of all but I really pushed myself. I usually can only do 10 minutes without collapsing but I did it yall! After that we did weights and more cardio. This is what I ate yesterday:

  • Eggs and sausage,water
  • 1/2 Chicken Salad sandwich,water
  • 1/2 Chicken Salad Sandwich,water
  • dried fruit for snack,water

Everything went well and I’m starting to  have alot of energy, I’m really liking this, see yah later!
