How about grabbing a bottle of Veuve Clicquot to make a Liquid Gold cocktail to unwind after a long day at the office. Its the weekend why not! This would be the perfect drink too if you want to invite your friends over to watch netflix, on demand reality show or just for a great conversation. This cocktail would even work if you want to do a champagne brunch, it would be awesome and a great way to impress your friends or family. Add yummy bites, simple desserts and you’re all done! Liquid Gold
1 1⁄2 oz Cognac, Rémy Martin
1 1⁄2 oz White grape juice
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1 ds Bitters, Angostura
2 oz Champagne, Veuve Clicquot (as float)
Instructions: Shake, strain, straight up, cocktail glass, float champagne
