Congratulations are in order for singer Ciara and her husband NFL baller Russell Wilson! Ciara is expecting baby number 4! It’s her 3rd child with Russell! She made the announcement on her social media pages while she uploaded a sexy video in a black and white silhouette showing her baby bump!
