Lupita Nyong’o sat down with Jimmy Fallon and talked about starting her day with a cold plunge, the inspiration behind her podcast Mind Your Own and seeing Taylor Swift and Beyoncé in concert after injuring her vocal chords while voice acting in The Wild Robot.
