Celebrating Women: Judge Glenda Hatchett’s Galentine’s Day Event

I had the pleasure of attending Judge Glenda Hatchett’s exclusive Galentine’s Day event yesterday evening at the stunning Pinky Promise Champagne Bar in Midtown. The evening was a wonderful celebration of women leaders, filled with champagne, delicious food, and meaningful fellowship!

As we all know and admire Judge Hatchett, she shared an insightful revelation with us—many people don’t realize that she is still a practicing attorney to this day. She’s handled high-profile cases, including the Bobby Christina case, and continues to make a significant impact in the legal world.

During the event, she emphasized the importance of being intentional in today’s world and reminded us all to invest in ourselves and others. Despite being a best-selling author, Judge Hatchett’s passion for writing led her to launch two new books: a calendar book, Dare To Take Charge, and its accompanying journal. Proceeds from both will benefit her Mother’s Scholarship Fund at Claflin University, supporting pre-med students.

It was truly inspiring to see Judge Hatchett back doing what she loves—empowering others and being a good steward in service to those in need. I’m grateful to have been part of such a special evening!
