The other night was my son’s birthday, so after the Yogi the Bear movie we stopped by one of my fav italian restaurants called, Carrabba’s Italian Grill. If you have never eaten at this place before well you are missing something scrumptious! Back home in Cleveland my family would alway stop into this fab italian restaurant on the corner of my street. Well Carrabba’s reminds me of it.
Brett in the paper about being an advocate for Chrome Disease
My good friend Brett Cavalli was there too, he is the owner of the restaurant and always makes sure I’m taken care of. He has had some great accomplishments since the last time I was in. He told me that he was named, Merchant of the Year and featured in Atlanta’s Best. I am so proud of him, he also battles Chrome Disease and an advocate for it.
Shrimp Scampi
Crab Cakes
The kids were starved and ready to eat so Brett told me he would start us off with some Shrimp Scampi and Crab Cakes. My kids and I loved the appetizers yum!
Italian Classic
It was time to order our entrees when Brett told me that they had some new things on the menu for Fall. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Sirloin & Crab Cake, Forever Braised Beef Brasoto and the Cinnamon Apple Crostata. My son ordered the Filet Florentina and my daughter ordered the Italian Classic. I wanted the Spiedino di Mare(Shrimp and sea scallops coated with breadcrumbs and topped with lemon juice.

Speidino Di Mare
Filet Fiorentina
We all needed beds after eating our supper, I tell yah. My son asked me, “Mom why don’t they serves us lunches like this at school” lol. How cute of him but that goes to show that we really enjoyed everything. We went away with carry out bags because we couldn’t finish our meals. We even wrapped up the desserts too!
My son is a mess, this pic is too funny!
Cinnamon Apple Crostata
I like going to the Carrabba’s at the Perimeter Mall location. The atmosphere and the customer service is fab! I would like to thank Brett for hosting my son’s birthday dinner we enjoyed everything! xoxo
