FHI Heat® was honored to be the Official Hair Sponsor for Los Angeles’ Premier Style Fashion Week, held March 9th – 13th at L.A. LIVE. The event featured high profile designers and FHI Heat brought the unique, creative and talented designer Betsey Johnson to be a part of the show. Moreover, the brand worked with the Make a Wish Foundation to make Francesca’s – a teenager from Pennsylvania – dream of becoming a fashion blogger come true.

Hairdressers worked hand in hand with the designers to create hair concepts that complement the designers Fall 2014 Collections. For Betsey Johnson’s show, the hair was parted in the center and lightly sprayed with Prive Herbal Blend products before curling the hair with the FHI Heat Platform 1 ½” Tourmaline Ceramic Professional Curling Iron to create large waves. Once the curls cooled, they sprayed hairspray on fingers to create separation. Style Fashion Week LA has become internationally recognized, offering designers a world-class platform to showcase their collections.
