Hello lovelies, if you love house designs then you will love this post! Last Friday I had the opportunity to tour the lovely Atlanta Holiday Home designer showhouse and it was breathtaking! This 6,500-square-foot shingle-style Nantucket cottage is something you have to see if you’re in the Atlanta area! It’s decadently decorated for the holidays and it’s open for viewing from Nov 12-Dec 6 benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Don’t forget to grab your tickets! On the market for $2.5 million.
Designed by architectural firm Harrison Design and developer KBD Development & Construction, the 12th-annual Home for the Holidays Showhouse will unveil a new construction residence opening to the public for tours November 12–December 6, 2020. I got the opportunity to stop by on media day to see this beautiful home, check out some of my snaps inside…
Located in a brand-new cul de sac in Brookhaven at 810 Kenry Court, architectural designer Rick Hatch has created a gracious 6,500-square-foot shingle-style, Nantucket cottage featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 half baths, plus another bedroom on the unfinished terrace level.
Other highlights include a garden courtyard, hidden study entrance, flexible rooms, a butler’s pantry and scullery, dog wash and L-shaped open kitchen to maximize daylight and flow to the covered porch for year-round, indoor-outdoor entertaining.
Twenty Atlanta interior designers will transform the interiors—and add traditional holiday flair. “Home for the Holidays has become a feel-good wintertime tradition for house-loving Atlantans, and this year’s residence is exciting, fresh and approachable,” says Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Publisher Elizabeth Ralls.
The Showhouse benefits Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Social distancing protocols will be followed and face coverings are required for entry. Additional health measures are available on the Showhouse website.
