Tamar Sort of Engaged Before Vince…
Tamar: I was sort of kind of engaged before Vince. Yeah, it was a long time ago. What happened was, I believe in the “Plus One” Rule. You have a boyfriend and then you have the dude on the side that likes you but you don’t like him. You call when your boyfriend don’t call you. I believe in that.
Loni: You get that tune up, don’t you, girl?
Tamar: I never did nothing with the dude. At this time, I was looking for my man and of course he didn’t call me back for like 2 days. I was a little young then, don’t judge me now. So I was with my plus one, we were a the restaurant and he was like, ‘We should just get married!’ and I was just so mad and probably had too many drinks and I was like, ‘Okay, fine, let’s go do it!’ We got on a plane, went to Vegas, got to the hotel, here come my boyfriend calling! So I answered the phone and I spent all night in the bathroom talking to my boyfriend. So, I kinda sorta broke off my engagement. I was gonna do it because I was that mad.
Tamera: What did you tell the dude after you got off the phone?
Tamar: I said me and my boyfriend got back together.
