Hey everyone, how was your Easter? Mine was fabulous because my kids got baptized today! Yes this morning I must say I was a proud momma! My kids accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord & Savior and after saying so that,they were baptized at our church, First Baptist Church Atlanta. The pastor there is Dr.Charles Stanley and we have been members there since I moved to Atlanta. I was excited when I got the call this week to let me know that my kids were old enough to get baptized. I sat them down and told them all the details and what was in store. Both kids were excited and elated to be baptized and to have Christ in their lives, wow! It was a beautiful ceremony and the congregation cheered for all the kids that were scheduled to be baptized, it was very moving to see. I must say besides the occasional bickering between these two, I do have some wonderful tweens and I love them so much! God Bless Dootie & Pootie!
