Yesterday morning I was excited to get up and head to the Nordstrom’s Annual Holiday Fragrance Festival. It was from 8-10am at the Mall of Ga location. I’m an early bird, so it didn’t bother me to get up in the wee hours lol.
When I arrived there was mimosas waiting for us at the door with friendly smiles. You signed up for a free raffle, then had breakfast snacks,yum! There were many perfume vendors waiting to share info on their latest perfumes and you could smell all the fragrances in the air. I smelled coffee beans quite a few times because my nose was on fire lol.
I met a lovely rep named,Serene who talked to me about Christian Dior’s line. She gave me the history of the company, talked about their grape vineyards and how they produce many of their fragrances. Did you know that they have a bottle of perfume that sells for $10,000, wow! It’s a private viewing and only a select few are invited out. The bottle is solid gold and made with expensive oils. I was taken back when she told me that. She also gave me a cute styling tip. When you’re done with your bottle of Miss Dior Cherie, you can pop the little bow off and use it to hold your silk scarf together! I thought that was genius! She was so knowledgable of the company.
There was a bottle engraver there too. I got my bottle of Chanel Chance engraved with my name on it. One lady bought her hubby some colognes and engraved,” Love…”, so sweet. That’s such a special touch to engrave the bottle, memorable!
It was a great experience at the perfume party and I learned so much! I’m really getting into fragrances more and more. Some of my fav perfumes at the private party were:

- Kate Spade’s Twirl
- Katy Perry’s Purr
- Juicy Couture’s Peace,Love & Juicy Couture
I was also gifted a Versace gold tote with all sorts of fragrance samples, Kiehl’s body products, perfumes and more! In my tote was a bottle of Burberry Sport,Coco Chanel Chance, Innocent and Thierry Mugler’s Alien lotion & perfume set. I would like to thank the staff at Nordstrom for having me out, I had a fab time! xoxo
