Jennifer Pedranti from The Real Housewives of Orange County admits that she didn’t understand why Gina Kirschenheiter wanted to live separately from her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, at first. On the other hand, Jennifer said Gina explained her decision and she wanted to do what was best for her family. Jennifer also called Gina’s early RHOC hairstyles “bold” and said she is the kind of realtor who knows how to hustle.

During “Real Estate of Mind,” Ryan Serhant from Owning Manhattan and Million Dollar Listing New York dishes out real estate advice. He said Hudson Square in New York City is the hot new neighborhood, new windows and a great primary bathroom are the best renovations to get done in a home for major resale value and too much drapery can lower a home’s property value. He also talked about the one kitchen feature that’s a must for all high-end clients.

Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti said she was shocked by how mad Gina Kirschenheiter was after she was evicted from the home Gina helped her get. Jennifer added that she understood where Gina was coming from when she explained the professional repercussions she faced. Plus, Jennifer said there’s no chance that Shannon Storms Beador and Alexis Bellino will be able to move forward.
