Last week but I was super busy to watch, but Actress Taraji P. Henson made an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, All the ladies in the movie have been on a press tour and bringing the fashions and Taraji has been turning up the heat!

“I don’t have Megan Thee Stallion knees!” Taraji P. Henson dished on her new movie “The Color Purple,” including having to ice her knees after 88 takes of a vigorous dance number! Taraji also opened up about how the original 1985 film inspired her to seriously pursue acting, and her hope for the new film to break generational curses and heal families across the country.

For the show, Taraji wore a gold velvet two-piece suit with embellishments and a high messy bun! I don’t know how I feel about the cargo velvet pants but everything else is working for me!
