“I am a doctor, and I’m prescribing you medicine!” Leslie Jones reflected on her intense “Saturday Night Live” audition when she did a cartwheel for Lorne Michaels, and shared how she’s paving the way for the next generation of Black female comics. Leslie also dished on her new memoir “LESLIE F***ING JONES,” the importance of laughter in today’s world, and how much fun she’s having guest hosting “The Daily Show.”

“Did I just Oprah you?!” Leslie got emotional reacting to an insightful quote she gave in her school newspaper when she was 19 years old and she needs her makeup girl STAT! Kelly really got her!

Leslie later teamed up with Kelly to guess what is sneaking up behind them in another round of “What’s Creepin’ Up On Me?” If they can score 10 points before time runs out, the audience gets a cool prize!
