On today’s number one morning talk show, GMA’s “Road to the Ring” celebrated co-anchor Robin Roberts and longtime partner, Amber Laign with a live bachelorette party at Times Square Studios in New York. The couple have been together for 18 years. They got engaged at the end of 2022. The wedding is set for September of this year!

Actress Niecy Nash was one of the special guest and presenter. Friends and family joined Robin and her partner as they journey down the aisle ahead of their upcoming nuptials. Celebrity Chef Carla Hall stopped by to make tasty mocktails inspired by their favorite cocktails. Robin loves spicy margaritas and Amber likes espresso martinis, Hall concocted a zero-proof option for both.

Some gifts that the couple received were a pickelball paddle set, and a very special gift from Robin’s late mother who passed away in 2012. It was a personalized cutting board that was presented to them by her sister Sally-Ann.

Later En Vogue performed, ‘Hold On’ and everyone danced and laughed, then it cut to a clip of how the two ladies met and just a few years later, Robin was diagnosed with cancer. Amber stayed by her side throughout the ordeal. The later Amber was diagnosed with the same disease. Robin now calls her, “Sweet Amber”. See a clip inside and more photos and congrats to the couple.
