What a time we had on Friday night at the advance screening and red carpet for the upcoming film, House Party which is a remake of the cult classic film from the 90’s! Back then it starred rappers Kid N Play and now in 2023 we have Jacob Latimore as Kevin and British Actor Tosin Cole as Damon! The carpet was super fun with Atlantans that came out to support the movie!
What do you get when two buds decide to throw an epic party at JeBron James’ house, without his permission? It’s “House Party,” the outrageous R-rated comedy from New Line Cinema. Stacked with double-take cameos and timeless throwback tracks, the movie follows the crazy night of these would-be club promoters, as they try to manage an out-of-control event that you have to see to believe. A night like this doesn’t come around more than once, so be sure to see it in theaters nationwide starting January 13.

Aspiring club promoters and best buds Damon (Tosin Cole) and Kevin (Jacob Latimore) are barely keeping things together. Out of money, down on their luck and about to lose the roofs over their heads—and freshly fired from their low-lift jobs as house cleaners—the pair needs a huge windfall to make their problems go away.
In a ‘what the hell?’ move, they decide to host the party of the year at an exclusive mansion, the site of their last cleaning job, which just happens to belong to none other than LeBron James. No permission? No problem. What could go wrong?
How about a time traveling DJ, undependable security, a runaway guest list, one borrowed Lamborghini, angry rival promoters, a stolen championship ring, escalating property damage, an angry koala..?
