Hey guys over the weekend I got “Pimento’d” as Chef Stacey “Suga” West would like to say lol! I attended a 5-course pimento cheese tasting/brunch and it was super fun! I love pimento cheese and buy it weekly at my local grocery store but Suga’s pimento cheese just hit different when I got to try it!
She prepared several recipes using the cheese showcasing some of her favorite recipes such as, deviled eggs, pimento cheese cookies, sliders and my favorite, pesto feta pasta, so delicious! She also makes 8 traditional and 4 vegan flavored pimento cheeses.
The event was held at Food Lifestyle Tv studios and everyone had a great time! She is such a delight and I was so glad to meet her. I gobbled up everything in sight and plan on buying more this week! Enjoy a few snaps from the fun event inside and don’t forget to support small business! Stay safe out there and be sweet to everyone!
