I was invited out over the weekend to try some good ol fashion bbq. One thing about Atlanta, we have such a variety of restaurants to try day in and day out, it makes your head spin! There are so many great dining places here, you will NEVER get bored with food choices! Then you have friends and family that ask you have you tried this new spot or that place. I ventured off to Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q located in Marietta, Ga and I really loved it! Who doesn’t like bbq anyway, it’s pretty simple and you know what you’re going to get! This place first started in Alabama in the early 90’s with other locations popping up throughout different cities.
We walked in, got seated right away and looked over the menu. James was our waiter and started us out with cold lemonade which was very good. I then ordered ribs and my friend got the bbq brisket. We also ordered bbq potato skins which made me grin really big because they were extremely good and flavorful! I enjoyed them the most. The food came out within minutes and we tried each others entrees. I felt like I should have gotten the bbq brisket because it was so tender and good but I enjoyed my ribs and the bbq sauce too. If you’re in the area, stop by and tell em I sent yah! Centrally located, clean, great customer service and the food was amazing! Our bill came up to around $60 and I had enough left overs to take home. Till next time.

BBQ Brisket(perfectly marbled sliced beef brisket served with garlic toast).
BBQ Rib(3 slow smoked BBQ spare ribs topped with sauce served on garlic toast) baked beans and potato salad.
