Did you guys get to check out the Billboard Music Awards? I watched the red carpet arrivals but after that I tuned out but heard that Janet Jackson was the first female artist to receive the Icon Award! She looked lovely with her hair pulled up in a high ponytail and cute tulle skirt! I loved her look perfect for a music industry event! I have more pictures of this beauty and what she wore inside!
