My friend and fellow blogger Sandra Rose invited me out to lunch on Friday afternoon! I must say, she finds the nicest places to dine here in Atlanta. This time we met up at Le Bilboquet located at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta. It’s the hottest place to dine in Buckhead and I was so glad that she suggested it. I have heard so many great things about it. When I walked in, I loved the ambiance and all the fashionable patrons. French music was playing and it was quite crowded. I took French for 8yrs but I am so rusty I swear lol. I greeted our pretty waitress by saying, “como ta le vu” and she went on to say some more things in French, I just giggled lol. I loved the open atmosphere, friendly environment and the clean white linens spread throughout the restaurant with fresh flowers and they were pink…ha!
Sandra and I quickly ordered off the lunch menu and the food came out pretty consistently! The portions were plentiful and each bite was delicious and well seasoned. We dined on octopus, avocado salad, french fries and salmon with sides of mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. When you pull up to the swanky restaurant, valet is right outside the door and you can dine in or out but ofcourse it’s a bit too cold to do that right now. Check out what we ate down below and a bit more of the description of our food. I do plan to go back, I had an awesome experience. It’s a great place to take your family, date night or just to have a quick lunch. xoxo
La Salade Verte Bilboquet $11 Organic Mixed Green Salad

Reminiscent of a charming European square, Le Bilboquet is located at the center of Buckhead Atlanta. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the bistro and bar offers a vibrant atmosphere paired with simple, classic French cooking, bringing a slice of Parisian café culture to the neighborhood and a natural gathering spot to enjoy a chilled bottle of rosé alfresco alongside classic bistro fare or a draft beer and croque monsieur at the bar.

Nice, I’ve seen it but never visited. Please showcase a restaurant regularly. It’s good to know of them and to hear first hand of the menu, atmosphere, price and overall experience.
Les regards bien. I barely remember French from high school. I wish I would’ve stayed with it. It’s nice trying different places.
I wish I would have kept it up too!
