About a week ago, me and my girlfriend Jennifer took a break from making holiday cookies and stopped by a neighborhood restaurant called, Foggy Bottom that is located in Loganville, Ga. I had never heard of it but was eager to try it out plus I LOVE bbq! She told me that she frequents this restaurant quite a bit and that I would surely love it! I was in the mood for smoked wings and I find them a bit healthier since I am really trying to watch my weight. Its the holidays and everyone knows you can really pack on the pounds during the season, so I opted out for wings, baked beans and I sampled the mac n cheese. Oh and I finally tried a fried pickle for the first time and it was delicious, I loved the batter they used! The only thing I was not a fan of was the banana pudding, I’m just used to a certain kind and flavor.
I found everything else to be really good, the proportions were great and I loved the friendly environment. It’s funny how I live about 20 minutes down the road from Jennifer and I’ve been living here in Atlanta for over 12 years now, but some places I just have never heard of lol. I plan on visiting again because I really enjoyed it and if you are in the area, stop by to check them out. You will leave happy and full, tell em I sent yah! More pics of what we had inside….
