Not too many people can say that they had lunch in a greenhouse but I can lol. Thats what took place while I was visiting Amelia Island. Chef Davan created a very healthy dining experience for us. This place was built where he could create farm to table meals for guest who are health conscious. If you are an event planner or wedding specialist your clients would love you if they came to Amelia Island and had this type of setup! I fell in love with the gourmet salad, fish and scrumptious dessert. I don’t know if the dessert on the menu was all that healthy but hey he tried lol.
