I must say that this year I didn’t feel as though a lot of ladies wanted to dress up for the Soul Train Awards 2014. Most of the looks that I saw on the carpet this year were a bit lackluster and NOT much effort was put into hair, makeup and a great dress. It was pretty much BORING! I felt like I was more dressed up than the actual celebrities lol. Some of the celebrities were asking me where I got my gown which was so funny to me. I don’t really have a favorite from the carpet and most outfits looked like they came straight from a department store. I dont know but something was quite off this year, or maybe people just didn’t feel like dressing up. I do know the weather was perfect, it was almost 90 degrees and sunny out, but still I just didn’t like most things that hit the carpet but you be the judge and let me know if you have any favorites. I will say that actress Demetria McKinney was the best look and close second was Lil Kim that gets her very own fashion post coming up! Check out more inside!
