It’s almost that time for many of us to start back-to-school shopping for our kids and summer will be coming to an end. I’m holding on for dear life though lol. For the last month of summer, I have some cute and fashionable items that I would like to share with you that were sent to me that you can wear out on the town, at a fun house gathering or just out with the girls!
Fashion designer Kahindo Mateene who owns (Modahnik)out of Chi-Town, sent me a very pretty swing skirt with a matching hand-sewn clutch purse. The clutch purse was made from the women of Congo from scraps of MODAHNIK fabrics. I’ve heard so many good things about her clothing line throughout the years. Her pr team reached out to me to see if I would be interested in wearing a piece from her collection and I was so happy that they contacted me! I can’t wait to show you guys how I style my custom skirt she made me! Here is the printed clutch that she sent me as well, I love it so much and it’s such a sweet keepsake! To find out how you can support her cause with these handmade clutch purses that benefit the women of MamAfrica click here.
I was also sent some eye-popping shades from Givenchy from a eyewear distributor Chopard. Love the gladiator styled sunglasses and perfect for all the sunshine here in Atlanta! This purple shade of polish from Nars is a nice pop of color for your nails or toes, to go along with these laser cut-out sandals from Just Fab called, Sanna. I hope that you guys have a great rest of the summer and Happy Shopping! xoxo
