Hello everyone! So I’m blogging all the way from New Orleans! I made it here to Essence Festival and its my very first time visiting the city and the Essence Fest. So far so good and I’m here for a press junket! I have a whole list of activities this weekend and I can not wait to share everything with you guys. I love the city and its hot and humid here just like Atlanta. I haven’t been outside too much because we have drivers and been inside the air condition but tomorrow I plan on walking a bit more. Lots of my followers and friends been telling me to try this place and that and I will try my best.
I wanted to share with you a few snaps from the beautiful welcome dinner that Mcdonald’s put on for a few select members of the media along with McDonalds owners. It was held at Cafe Reconcile where students interested in the culinary industry got together to make us a four course meal using some of the ingredients from the McDonald’s menu but with a twist. Everything was really tasty and I really enjoyed the energy in the room! Check out a few snaps and thanks to McDonald’s and staff or a lovely evening! xoxo
