Morning all! I’m sure we all have seen the first part of the reunion show for The Real Housewives of Atlanta by now and if you didn’t watch it, I have a full rundown just for you! Ooh chile, it was Easter Sunday and so much hate was spurred!
First off, lets get to the fashions! All the ladies looked absolutely gorgeous last night at the reunion show! My top pick was Porsha D. Williams and we all know why, yep she was very sparkly and I was in love with her total look from head to toe! She wore a Ralph Russo Couture gown.
Close second was Kandi in her black fitted gown and embellished rhinestoned sleeves but I don’t have the details on what she was wearing as of yet, but check back for an update.
Reality diva Kenya Moore was wearing a pretty J.Mendel strapless bustier gown in red. I loved her hair and makeup, very flawless indeed! Her dress retails for $5,300.
Cynthia Bailey wore a black Alexandre Vauthier wrap evening gown with rhinestoned embellishments. Very classy! Retails for $6,153.
NeNe Leakes wore a pink velvet and mesh Marc Bouwer gown from the Spring 2014 collection. I was shocked that she wore this, not a favorite of mine and her hairstyle was very disturbing to see! I hated her hair, it looked like she was wearing an old dusty toupee. Her shoes were killer though, Christian Louboutin ofcourse.
Phaedra Parks went with the Southern Belle theme wearing a blue lace Dolce & Gabbana gown with bustier. Didn’t care for her earrings and other accessories with the dress or her hairstyle of choice but she looked nice.
So now that we got the fashions out of the way, I was sitting in awh as the ladies bickered the whole hour about basically nothing and going back and forth throwing shade. The reunion show was all about Kenya against all the ladies (except Cynthia) but I felt bad that these ladies couldn’t get alone. Kenya brought props again to the set. First it was her scepter that she kept pointing in people’s face then she pulled out a blow horn, I was on the floor! Kenya is a hot mess but great for tv for sure! Her and I would have been rolling around on that floor in ball gowns too because she couldn’t have tried me like that either lol. My blood pressure too bad. Porsha had, had enough and got up and dragged Kenya for dear life by her hair! I’m sure Porsha was praying and hoping that one track would come loose in her attempt to drag Kenya into eternity and beyond, but Kenya’s hair was not moving! Thats because Kenya’s hair is real chile! Bloop!
Shout out to Kenya and Lawrence plus that healthy and natural head of hair she has, it stayed laid to the gawds throughout the beat down lol! Porsha broke down and said, “she got the best of me, I’m so embarrassed”. Yeah she did get the best of you Porsha, you should have been embarrassed and now your J.O.B. is on the line! Personally, although Porsha was provoked, she should have never put her hands on anyone. No matter how mad someone makes you get, never let them see yah sweat, well most of the time anyway or if cameras are rolling…wink! I think it was a good reunion show, one of the best I’ve seen and Im sure the ratings were off the chain! I can’t wait to see part 2. My question to you is, who will be returning for the next season??? Time will tell!
TWT TEA: The real gag was when Porsha got up to confront Kenya Moore and she accidentally pushed down on Cynthia’s dress when she went to stand up, unveiling Cynthia’s boob for the world to see! Watch the video below and you will see all Cynthia’s goodies out on display. Also, Kenya Moore was suppose to have a calendar come out and show the behind-the-scenes of the shoot but it must have went on the editors chopping block. Oh by the way, whatever happened to those wannabe housewives? What was their names again, Mynique and Natalie? Bravo dismissed them with the quickness right? We aint seen or heard of them since! Perhaps they will be background characters for the new season which is set to start filming very soon! Chile this was a hot mess! Till next time! xoxo
