I came across some of these fancy smancy nail designs over the internet. I got to thinking of my days as a nail salon owner/nail technician. My nail salon was called, Nails by Tammie and I was in business for 10 years. It was so fun to own a salon and do all those fancy nail designs. I won so many nail art competitions back in the early 90′s. Looking at the new age nail designs now,wow they have came along way.
I wouldn’t necessarily wear this stuff now but its getting popular again with all the different designs lol. My daughter who is a tween, loves all of this stuff, I guess I’m getting old. I’m more into the natural nails now, than all the designs but to each it’s own. I thought I would share some of these fancy nails with you, enjoy! See any that you would wear? lol

Cute blog. Back in the 90′s…my high school days, I had really long, rainbow colored, oddly patterned nails lol. Every Friday they had to be redone. My best friend and I were addicts to them. Today. I can’t wear a tip, nor put acrylic on my nails. They’re short, simple, manicured and softly pinked. Nothing more.
But some of the designs do make you want to “go wild” just for a moment.
How young, do you think, is too young to get nails painted on girls?
ao cute! i think i can get the third design before hitting the beach and the 7th for a girly night out.. lol..
My daughter is 12 and she wears sometimes the press on nails. I think a girl should get her nails done at 16, like I did.
